Year 11 and Year 12

The senior curriculum aims to:

  • offer a strong academic pathway for students who are tertiary bound
  • offer all students a pathway to success
  • offer diverse pathways for all students to gain their Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE)
  • increase the number of students completing Year 12.

The Senior School curriculum is flexible enough to allow students to undertake a course to study leading to multiple career pathways.  Attaining an OP/Selection Rank is only one pathway.  Many students who chose to attain an OP also undertake nationally-recognised vocational certificates, and/or complete a school-based traineeship/apprenticeship.
