It has been a term for Media excursions, as Week 2 saw Media students from Years 10 and 11 attend the incredible Disney exhibition held at the Queensland Museum in South Brisbane.
Sketchbooks in hand, students began the exhibit at original, almost 100-year-old, sketches of Mickey and Minnie Mouse. As students walked through they were immersed in Disney history, engaging with storyboards, original drawings, paintings and models from iconic films including Fantasia, Dumbo and Pinocchio then moved onto more contemporary, and perhaps more familiar productions, such as Wreck It Ralf, Moana and Zootopia.
