Hi to all students and families,
As we approach the end of term 3, it is certainly business time for our Year 12s, who are at the very tail end of school learning and assessment before they jump into the celebration season. I wish these senior students all the best as they continue to put their best results forward until all exams and assessment are completed. A big thank you to the teachers and teams at school, and support networks at home who have been supporting these students in their senior studies.
For all other year levels, there is a whole term left of school with some significant learning left in the year. When students and families receive Term Three Reports in the early weeks of Term 4, this is an opportunity for a conversation about goal setting for achievement for the rest of the school year.
I want to remind all students that this last term is their last chance to give their personal best in this year level.
At the end of my first term as principal at this school, I can say it’s a real pleasure to be here everyday watching our students display PROUD behaviours to strive to their personal bests in many pursuits, not just the classroom. I’ve met a large number of community members thus far, inside and outside our school gates and I look forward to meeting more of you in Term 4 as we progress into more school events and opportunities for student celebrations.
Warm regards,
Sandra Quinn
Principal
