The school captains of Wynnum SHS and Brisbane Bayside State College have organised for our schools to be involved in the Push Up Challenge.
The Push Up Challenge involves doing over 130 push ups or alternate activities each day from June 1st to 23rd to raise awareness for mental health. Our school captains travelled to Bayside in Week 5 to promote the challenge and Bayside’s captains came to us in Week 7.
We will be ringing a bell each day 5 minutes before house group and in that time, students will be encouraged to do as many push ups as they can!
