During the last week of Term Two, the Year 11 Hospitality classes hosted a High Tea. Each student invited a staff member to enjoy a high tea they had prepared.
Staff were presented with a sparkling lemon, lime and bitters on arrival and seated at their table. A range of food items were served on a high tea stand that the classes had prepared as a group.
The students enjoyed showing off their barista and cooking skills then sitting and chatting with their guests. It was a great event thoroughly
enjoyed by students and staff alike.
